The carrier declines all responsibility in the event of theft or damage due to insufficient or inappropriate packaging.
The carrier receives the goods subject to the content.
Exceeds the 7 days period from the arrival of the package, the carrier declines all responsibility and reserves the right to incur a penalty equivalent to at least 20% of the value of LTA per month.
Complaints are made upon receipt of the goods.
In the event of loss of packages, the carrier reimburses the price per kg indicated on LTA.
